Returns Policy


HOW TO RETURN 

  • Email us at admin@findingharmonydesigns.com for a returns form.
  • Please ensure you include this form with your return.
  • Your return must be in its original condition, with tags, unworn, unwashed, unperfumed and free from makeup or fake tan. 
  • Please ensure you have read out returns policies and your return satisfies the conditions outlined below. 
Please note: 
  • Original postage is not refunded. 
  • Postage must be covered to send the returned item back to us by the customer. 
  • All sale items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged.
  • Processing times of 3-4 business days depending on availability of stock. 

RETURNS CLOTHING

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Finding Harmony Designs is not required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a different size or change your mind. This includes payments made with AfterPay. 

We are, however happy to exchange a size within 7 days of you receiving your order. We will inspect the item before we issue an exchange. The product must be returned in the original condition of unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, with tags and free from makeup or fake tan stains. The return/exchange postage will be covered at your expense.

If there is a fault with the product you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where the stock is available. If we cannot repair or replace the product, we will offer a store credit or refund.  All claims for faulty styles are inspected before a refund/exchange or credit is given and the outcome of a refund/exchange or credit is at Finding Harmony Designs discretion. The original shipping costs are non-refundable, however, new items will be sent out free of charge for faulty products.

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

 We do not offer returns/ refunds or exchanges on sale items.

RETURNS WITH AFTERPAY

Returns remain subject to Finding Harmony Designs returns policy. 

If you wish to return your product/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal return order. 


When we receive the product/s and accept your return application, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the product/s returned. 

Your agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
